Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026
This policy explains how LMS Events & Entertainments uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. Questions are welcome at info@lmsentertainments.co.uk or on 01642 713010.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job: they let a site remember something between page views. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, non-essential cookies require your consent; strictly necessary ones do not.
What we use today
This website uses strictly necessary storage only. Specifically, when you dismiss our cookie notice we save a single value in your browser’s local storage (lms-cookie-notice-dismissed) so that the notice does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.
Our hosting and security providers may also set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site available, balance traffic and protect the enquiry form from automated abuse.
Analytics
We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before any analytics or marketing cookie is set, and we will list the provider, the cookie names and their lifespan here [TO CONFIRM].
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed video from YouTube. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set its own cookies and process data under its own policies. If you would rather avoid that, do not play the embedded videos, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. Look for “Privacy”, “Cookies and site data” or “Clear browsing data” in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean our cookie notice reappears each visit, but the site will still work. Guidance for the public is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
