Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. Services are provided by LMS Events & Entertainments of Squirrell Chase, Seamer Road, Tame Bridge, Stokesley, North Yorkshire, TS9 5LG. Contact: info@lmsentertainments.co.uk, 01642 713010.
Enquiries and quotations
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking. We will respond with a written quotation based on the details you give us; a quotation is valid for 30 days [TO CONFIRM] and assumes the activity, date, location, timings and guest numbers stated in it.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and any deposit required has been paid. Deposit and payment terms are set out in your quotation and confirmation [TO CONFIRM]. If the scope of your event changes after confirmation, we will confirm any change in price in writing before proceeding.
Cancellations and postponements
Cancellation charges and postponement terms are set out in your booking confirmation [TO CONFIRM]. Where an event cannot safely proceed for reasons outside either party’s control (including extreme weather, unsafe ground conditions or venue closure) we will work with you to reschedule where possible. Nothing in these terms affects a consumer’s statutory cancellation rights where they apply.
Your responsibilities as a client
- providing safe, suitable and accessible space for the activities booked, along with vehicle access for setup and pack-down;
- obtaining venue permission and any permissions the venue itself requires;
- giving us accurate information about the site, ground conditions, power availability and guest numbers;
- ensuring guests follow the safety briefings and instructions given by our team.
Our team may pause or stop an activity where they judge it unsafe to continue, or where a participant is behaving dangerously or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Safety and suitability
All activities are hosted by our staff and are run to our risk assessments and method statements, which are available on request. Our Laser Clay Shooting system uses light beams only; no firearms or ammunition are involved. Age, health and fitness restrictions may apply to some activities and will be confirmed before your event.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance; a certificate is available on request [TO CONFIRM cover level]. We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence or breach of contract, but we are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue or opportunity; damage caused by a participant failing to follow instructions; or damage to a venue or ground surface where we set up as directed by you or the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photography, video, layout and the LMS Events & Entertainments name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The Chuckle Buggies design is our own. Client logos and brand assets supplied to us for simulator branding remain the property of the client and are used only for the purpose agreed.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false, abusive or automated enquiries. We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
